ABH Journeys (proprietor: Shaik Nousheen, Khammam, Telangana 507003) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

  • Details you give us in the enquiry form, on WhatsApp, by phone or by email: name, mobile number, email, travel dates, number of travellers and preferences.
  • Traveller details needed to make bookings, such as names as per ID, ages and passport details for international trips.
  • Basic website usage data through analytics tools, if enabled.

How we use it

  • To plan, quote and book your trip.
  • To contact you about your enquiry or booking.
  • To share required details with hotels, airlines and other service providers for your booking only.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not add you to marketing lists without asking.

Storage and deletion

We keep booking records as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. You may ask us to delete other information by writing to info@abhjourneys.com.
