Terms & Payment

Our role

ABH Journeys plans and books holidays using third-party hotels, airlines, transport companies and activity providers. Their own terms also apply to the services they provide.

Prices

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST.
  • For overseas tour packages, TCS (Tax Collected at Source) is charged as per the Income Tax Act. It can be claimed in your income tax return.
  • "Starting from" prices are per person on twin sharing and change with dates, hotel category and availability. The price is final only when written in your booking confirmation.

Booking and payment

  • Advance to confirm: 30% of the package cost (50% for international and peak-season trips).
  • Balance due: 21 days before travel.
  • Accepted payment methods: UPI and bank transfer.
  • Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received and we send written confirmation.

Travel documents

Travellers must carry valid photo ID. For international trips, a passport valid for at least six months and any required visa are the traveller's responsibility. We guide you on the requirements.

Changes

Itineraries may change because of weather, road conditions, government orders or other events outside our control. We will offer the best available alternative.
